This is one of worst service ever seen my life. They didnt give single rupee, After cancelled my hotel booking. As per my suggestion you dont book any hotels through this app. AI called many time eventhrogh i didnt get proper response from them. They always playing with common people. Hi I am Niral patel. My mobile number is 9979978514 PNR: JCYZFG I booked ticket from Ahmedabad to Goa for the date of 20th February 2017 through goibibo. When I riched to the checkin counter mr Bhargav denied my entry and refused to issue boarding pass and keep arguing that checking time is over but at the same time counter is opened and it available for the checking to the flight. He wested nearly 15 minutes and he keep laying that flight ready for takeoff but the interesting thing is he allowed two more passengers standing behind me. It was nearly 11:00pm at that time. He told me to contact to tickets counter to proceed further. I went their no one is available to attend me then I called to goibibo customer care executive, I explain all my situation to mr Sivam. He helped me at late night and he tried to convince airport authorities on of behalf of me. He spoke with Mr rahul (on duty manager). He conforms that he will arrange my tickets in next flight that is very great support I got from goibibo. Then I waited for 4 hours for my tickets at indigo desk. After that try to call airport authority but no one responsible person their to help me out. I got great support from goibibo but and the end of the day I didnt get any solution to my problem. I choose goibibo for my bookings because I know you got better customer support than indigo provides. I am helpless now and hopping that your management will looking to this issue and try to give justice to my problem. Looking forward to your earliest reply. Thanks.

Crashing all the times after displaying flight search results

This is a pretty handy app. The entire travel is managed by just one app. I have become a frequent user of it. Least spamming, maximum service without any crashing. Keep up the good work.

Goibibo very use full for travel #accommodation

Used this app for the first time today to make a hotel booking and immediately decided to leave a review. This has probably the smoothest booking I have ever made. No glitch, no hangups and just the appeal of using a beautiful app alone makes it worthwhile.

**Useless application** **Dumb Customer Service**, booking goes through and payment is deducted and the hotel is not booked for hours, why? Because I booked it via a phone app and the refund will take 4-5 WORKING DAYS. Payment goes out immediately but refund will take its own time and that too because GOIBIBOs servers are not strong enough to serve phone app requests. That means GOIBIBO will take your money and sit on it and earn interest for a week. Wow! Please think before using this app........

Good app for travel, I have been using this app since long and good to see the updates. Very clean and easy app for usage.

Only one major issue that I am not able to add current booking to passbook...also in earlier versions past booking were also allowed to be added to passbook but now its removed...please restore the earlier passbook facilities as soon as you can since I personally feel Its a great tool to organise my stuff...

The app has been very convenient to use and is just as effective for flight bookings as it is for hotels. The offers are genuine and one of the best offered to comparable apps. Highly recommend.
