The latest goibibo app is good. Passbook support is cool. One suggestion: Passbook should organise tickets by date. Right now all goibibo tickets are grouped into one inside passbook.

Multiple clicks required, dont apply coupon properly looks like a fraud site They should learn from us travel sites how to build an app and service, no one in the U.S. Charges convenience charges ..its kind of fraud in india

Its expensive now to book through this app. I moved to easemytrip , no charges here and no conveyance fee. .goibibo charges lot

Signed up the app told me it would send me a verification code to my phone via text never did I logged on through the website only to find out that this is not a app for USA residents

Dont use this app for hotel booking...I booked hotel for 5 days and goibibo paid only the amount for 4 days and I was asked by the hotel management to vacate the room 1 day before my scheduled time even though goibibo charged for 5 days

I always book hotels using goibibo website n today I booked using app. I would rate 5/5 because app interface is very user friendly and it took less than a minute to book my hotel. As usual I got the best deal again. Awesome app! Awesome experience. Thank you!

Weve never had an issue with a booking. The app is easy to use and ituitive. Also, discovered some great hotels through the app and its very intuitive. Also, great rewards for those who are loyal

I had never seen app like this....Most worst app....Whenever I find something in this app it shows that this thing is not available for this date and if by chance it will be available it will not redeem go cash money....No use of giving money to the customers in ho cash by doing advertisement, it is very bad strategy of marketing. In this way people will not like the app but also will not refer to anybody....

Required signup to use app. Which includes "reward points" that are not given for giving data. Search works poorly and most hotels are already booked or available only at much higher price when one tries to book.
