Goibibo: Hotel, Flight Booking App Reviews

Many reasons why I dont like this app..

When I want to see hotels on a map it loads way too slow. And when I choose to checkout, I unable to use all of my go cash; the app chose a random amount of cash. Pretty bad!!!

Dont fall for the flashy discounts they keep pushing in your face - they never live up to actual savings. The worst thing about goibibo is their customer support. Ive had multiple bad experiences with them messing up refunds, not cancelling the correct flights, etc. Avoid goibibo (in fact, avoid all such third party travel sites) and directly book with the hotel and flight providers for better customer support.

Goibibio app and bookings are fake. Booking done by them with hotels are fake and they dont take responsibility for the reservations done. If called for issues during checkin , their team will try to escape giving excuses and not provide solution. Almost every booking they do will have some or the other issues, like booking with charges for accommodation and morning breakfast, but in hotel you will get to know breakfast was not included in the booking. This is not the fault of hotel,as good hotels dont do this through other booking sites ,but the scam of goibibio . Please avoid spoiling your vacation. Need to report this to consumer forum so that others dont get in trap.

Dont fall for this guys. The discounts on go website r totally fake. U wont get what u see. If u see room is for 1000rs n wen u select the room it will show 2000+ rs. U cant even use ur go cash fully. Only 25% will be deducted n that too is fake. Increase the prices and then take more than the original price. U can get rooms for lesser prices than what these people are quoting.
